    National Toast Day and what better way to celebrate than having a slice of the good stuff?

    The making of a good toast is different for everyone and that’s before you’ve even delved into the matter of the topping.

    Do you have fluffy white bread for example or a malted brown loaf?

    Is sourdough better or a seeded bun?

    Then there’s the method of toasting – because it doesn’t have to involve just your humble old toaster, you know.

    You could, say, make toast over an open fire or wack up the temperature on the grill to achieve a nice charr.

    And for the topping – do you stay plain, with a pat of butter or go all out, smorgasbord fashion?

Das war der beste French Toast, den ich jemals gemacht habe 😋 Die Idee kam mir ganz spontan und ich habe einfach zusammengemixt, was ich gerade da hatte. Dabei rausgekommen ist ein Schoko-Vanille-French Toast mit Himbeer- und Schokofüllung. Noch dazu ist er gesund, zuckerfrei und extrem lecker 😏 Nachdem ich die anderen Rezepte endlich mal auf meinem Blog gepostet habe, kommt dieses Rezept an die Reihe! Bitte entschuldigt, dass ich gerade so nachlässig bin, aber ich muss derzeit so viele Kooperationen und Posts für meinen Frühlingskalender im April planen, dass ich nicht wirklich dazu komme mich um den Blog zu kümmern.
