He has been nicknamed the ‘Human Ken Doll’ after spending over £373k on aesthetic procedures, to try and achieve the ‘perfect’ body image.

And Rodrigo Alves has now gone one step further in his quest, as he has become the first person to ever undergo a revolutionary ‘Spider Web Butt Lift’ in Istanbul, Turkey.

However, while the pioneering op marks his 57th surgery, Rodrigo exclusively explained to MailOnline that he has decided to withdraw his application to the Guinness World Records for the highest number of surgical procedures – as he does not think bettering appearance should be seen as a competition.

Rodrigo has undergone another six surgical procedures this month while he films his new TV show, airing in the coming months, with friend and co-star Pixee Fox in Istanbul.

Talking exclusively to MailOnline, the 33-year-old revealed that he had been the first man in the world to try Dr Bulent Cihantimur’s ‘Spider Web’ therapy for the show – which saw 700 video threads inserted into his derriere to inject fat from his back and waist, and 500 into his face to achieve a youthful and plump look.

Clearly thrilled with the results as the first individual to trial to surgery, he said on Saturday: ‘I feel good. My butt is very swollen and purple right now but it looks really good and ready for summer – it’s really perfect, I’m very happy.

‘My face also looks AMAZING – I am 33 years old but I look much better now.’

While trialing a new surgery was an undoubtedly daunting task, Rodrigo continued that he was glad he was given the chance to do so on TV, as he wants to ‘educate’ people about the many types of plastic surgery available.

He explained: ‘Dr Bulent is the only doctor in world to use steam cells and fat threads, which is why we came to Turkey to film, as we wanted to show people what is new on the market.’

Rodrigo is set to travel on to Athens, Russia and even Korea with Pixiee for the show, as he wants to teach people about the impressive technology available in the world of beauty, which can successfully transform your image.

He said: ‘I want to educate people with my experiences, and spread awareness of doctors out there that are able to implement technology and beauty.’

The Brazilian-born star rose to prominence last year after it was revealed he had spent £373,000 on surgery – although went on to claim that he is not addicted.

Rodrigo’s recent stint in Turkey has now racked his surgical total up to a whopping 57 surgeries, and marks a huge 105 aesthetic procedures.

While the figures officially make him the most surgically-enhanced individual, Rodrigo has now made the decision to revoke his application to World Record book as he never saw his transformation as a ‘competition’.

He told MailOnline: ‘I was awarded the ‘Most Plastic Surgeries’ record but I have revoked my application.’

‘I have instead applied to be the man with the ‘Most Extreme Make-Over’, as I look totally different compared to what I used to, thanks to plastic surgery.’

‘I know I stand out but not because I’m good looking or exotic, but because I look plastic! I know exactly what I look like, I’m not deluded.’

Further affirming his incredible transformation, Rodrigo even revealed that many of his family members do not recognise him in light of his surgeries – and that it can even be a problem when he travels.

‘Every time I go to Brazil, my relatives and old friends just don’t recognise me,’ he admitted, before adding: ‘And my British passport, which is quite dated, never works on the machines at airports as I look so different.’

The current world-record holder is Cindy Jackson, who was awarded the gong in 2005 after undergoing 47 procedures worth almost $100,000.

However Rodrigo was keen to separate himself from the Kentucky native – admitting he made the drastic changes to his appearance for his own self-esteem and happiness, rather than for a prize.

Speaking of the blonde, he said: ‘I have nothing in common with her at all. She runs a business as a plastic surgeon adviser, but I personally would not take her advice as she’s not medically qualified.

‘I don’t see it as a competition. I am going to carry on with my surgery – I have had 57 surgeries, but I want people to learn from my experiences.’

Despite going under the knife on a regular basis, Rodrigo went on to reveal that he has still not found his perfect look – and plans to change his eye colour next month.

He said: ‘My natural colour is brown but I wear hand-painted blue contact lenses, around $500 a pair. I have worn them for 16 years, but I feel I am naked without them. I can’t look at anyone without my blue eyes on.’

In April the TV star is having coloured implants specially made for him in a rare and highly expensive procedure, but is adamant it is worth it due to the satisfaction with his appearance it brings.

‘I can’t help I was born in the wrong body, but at least I have done something about it,’ he said.

‘Last year I was given an award by a doctor in LA for my power and strength to change myself, so my soul and spirit aligns to my body. To a lot of people, it sounds like b******, but it is my reality, and that is what I want to show on my TV series.’

Not stopping there however, Rodrigo is also set to undergo another nose job to rectify his ‘nasal speaking voice’ in May, following complications with his previous operation.

Back in August, Rodrigo’s face was left to rot in a bout of necrosis, after his sixth of eight nose jobs went drastically wrong when his body rejected the new body part.

He explained his decision to film his new nose job for the show to MailOnline, by stating: ‘All procedures to be filmed. I am not ashamed or embarrassed to open up about my surgeries, as I want to break the taboo about plastic surgery, because it’s not dangerous.

‘I have had one or two complications in the past but not through anyone’s fault, simply through bacterial infection when my body was vulnerable.’

‘Surgery is only done on healthy individuals. You have to go through tons of physical and psychological exams to undergo surgery. So I am very healthy and heal very well.’

‘I want to inform people of the pros and cons of surgery, and to help people make their own decisions about what they want to look like and live their lives visually.’

Rodrigo and Pixee are currently having two procedures a day in Istanbul, and their transformations are expected to be complete by Tuesday.
