When the EU Referendum was first announced, the nation’s thoughts turned to one key issue: chocolate.

More specifically, would we still be able to buy Milky Way Magic Stars, considering that their packet declares: ‘Product shall not be sold outside the EU’?

There was mass meltdown. People panicked. They despaired. They questioned why such tragedy had befallen us.

And now that the UK has voted to exit from the UK, panic levels have reached sheer hysteria. We desperately watched David Cameron’s announcement for some word on the future of Magic Stars. We awaited some sign that everything would be okay.

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO OUR MAGIC STARS?

    PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL US

But there’s no need to panic. Everyone just caaaaalm down.

We reached out to Mars, the company that makes all Milky Way products, who told metro.co.uk: ‘We know how much consumers love Milky Way Magic Stars and fans can rest assured that they will remain on sale in the UK.’

    Phew. Everything’s fine.
