Matters of the heart: Caroline Flack, 36, admitted it’s been so long since she has been in love that she’s forgotten what it feels like during a Glamour magazine podcast

While discussing extravagant proposals, Caroline admitted she preferred keeping her relationships private from the public eye.

The former X Factor host said: ‘It’s a bigger thing to not tell anyone, I’m personally not a social media love-displayer.’

The Strictly Come Dancing champion has been busy posting an array of sweet snaps with her new beau over the past few weeks.

In the most recent Instagram picture, Caroline appeared to be inseparable from her boyfriend as they cuddled up close and held hands while they enjoyed their time in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Dressed in a green and black zebra-print camisole and ripped jeans, Caroline looked the picture of contentment.

New man: Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the TV presenter, 36, appeared to be inseparable from her new beau Blue Logan as she shared another snap of them holding hands in LA

With her hair in tousled waves and rocking a bold red lip and bright pink manicure, she held her man’s hand happily.

‘Who’s who’, she captioned the snap as she sat nestled between her flame on the right and her pal.

And Blue looked just as besotted, holding her with both his hands. Sporting a low cut sweater and white jeans, he commented on the snap with a kiss and cat emoji.

The object of her affection is reportedly just as besotted as she is, and they have been spending much of their time together.

A source told The Sun: ‘Caroline is so happy with Blue. They’ve been enjoying each other’s company and she’s very proud of his work as an illustrator, not to mention how handsome she finds him.

‘Blue has completely won over her friends. They all approve.’

PDA: It appears as though Caroline has finally found love with the hunky illustrator

A fortnight ago, the former X Factor presenter took to Instagram to share a snap of Blue at Delilah restaurant holding up one of his illustrations, tagging her new beau with the caption: ‘Proud of this one … yes’.

Caroline soon added another picture with her gal pal, writing: ‘Ain’t no sunshine when they are gone’.

Appearing to make her romance official, she shared a snap with her arm around him as he nestled into her, writing: ‘You’ll do @blue.logan’.

Caroline has a colourful dating history, having been linked to the likes of Prince Harry, and coming under fire in 2011 for dating Harry Styles when he was 17 and she was 32.

Confirming the romance? Appearing to make her relationship official, Caroling shared a snap of Blue alongside the caption ‘you’ll do’

The TV personality was left heartbroken at the end of 2014 when her boyfriend Jack Street, who she had dated for 18 months, allegedly got too close to Glee actress Dianna Agron.

A source said at the time: ‘It was hard for her to find out about Dianna – especially as Jack was the man she thought she was going to marry.’

The pair got back together in the summer of 2015 before breaking up for good shortly after.

Caroline previously said that she hoped to find love in a traditional way.

Avoiding apps such as Tinder, she revealed she prefers to meet and get to know people face-to-face rather than fall for someone online.

She previously explained: ‘Loads of my friends are on Tinder and I’ll have a play with theirs, but I’m more of a traditionalist.

‘I like the art of conversation, plus it’s a chemistry thing. But never say never. I just want to be happy either way, but I’m quite content at the moment… just me and my cat, Waffle.’

Fright night! Caroline posted another snap of Blue and a group of pals as they enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles together
