Back in 1973, architect Ricardo Bofill stumbled across an old, abandoned, run-down cement factory just outside of Barcelona, he didn’t react the way that most of us would (just nodding, saying ‘ooh, an old factory’, and then walking on).
Ricardo looked at the factory and saw potential.
